Please read these terms in full before using the di999 platform — all rules relating to accounts, bonuses, financial transactions, and responsible gaming are detailed here.
Introduction & Applicability
1 About This Agreement
This document ("Terms & Conditions") forms a legally binding agreement between the di999 platform ("Platform", "Site") and all users of its services ("Member", "you"). By registering at di999, logging in, or using the platform in any way, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.
di999 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.
2 Eligibility Requirements
The following conditions must be met in order to open an account on the di999 platform and use its services:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country from which you are accessing the platform.
- You are playing in your own name and with your own funds — not on behalf of a third party.
- Each member may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
- You are not on di999's voluntary self-exclusion list.
Account Registration & Verification
3 Registration Process
To become a member of di999 you must provide accurate and complete information on the registration form. di999 reserves the right to cancel any account where false or incomplete information has been provided. The email address and mobile number you provide at registration must be active and belong to you.
The member is solely responsible for the security of their account. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with any third party. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
4 Identity Verification (KYC)
di999 reserves the right to verify the identity and age of its members. The following documents may be requested for verification:
- A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
If the requested documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be placed on hold.
Financial Transactions
5 Deposits
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at di999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit limit, however larger amounts may require additional verification.
Deposited funds apply only to the account through which the deposit was made. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
6 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
Before processing a withdrawal request, di999 verifies the following:
- Whether account verification has been completed.
- Whether the wagering requirements for all applicable bonuses have been met.
- Whether the withdrawal amount is within the account balance.
If a withdrawal is held up for any reason, the member must contact us through the support team.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
7 Welcome Bonus
di999 offers a 100% match bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳42,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving you a total balance of ৳62,000.
To receive this bonus, you must select the relevant bonus code or option at the time of your first deposit. The bonus can only be claimed once.
8 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before it becomes withdrawable.
- The deadline for meeting the wagering requirement is calculated from the date the bonus is credited.
- Not all games may contribute equally toward wagering — see the promotions page for the applicable rates.
- Attempting to withdraw bonus balance before the requirements are met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
9 Bonus Abuse & Fraud
di999 takes a strict stance against misuse of the bonus system. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Using risk-free strategies to meet bonus wagering requirements (bonus hunting / arbitrage).
- Registering using a false identity or another person's details.
If abuse is confirmed, di999 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and to suspend or close the account.
VIP Program & Gaming Policy
10 VIP Membership
di999's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Members have the opportunity to move up to a higher tier through regular active participation. All benefits of VIP membership are subject to change at di999's discretion.
11 Game Rules & Fairness
All games on the di999 platform are conducted impartially and fairly. Verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes. In the event of any gaming dispute, di999's system logs will serve as the definitive evidence.
If a game is interrupted mid-play for any reason (such as a lost connection), the bet will be retained and the outcome will be determined once the game resumes.
12 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the di999 platform:
- Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Hacking accounts or attempting unauthorised access to another member's account.
- Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
- Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform.
- Operating an account on behalf of a third party.

Liability & Miscellaneous Provisions
15 Responsible Gaming

di999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. Temporary interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or emergency situations. di999 will not be liable for any losses arising as a result.
17 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, di999 and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event will di999's total liability exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the relevant month.
18 Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, both parties agree to be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
19 Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority, only that provision will be removed — all remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions together with di999's Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and di999. They supersede all prior oral or written understandings on this subject.
